REGISTERED MANAGER IS WANTED

At present, we require to fill in two key positions within the company. One of the positions is a Business Development Manager and the second position is a Sales/Marketing Officer. Officers for these two positions will have a hands-on operation in the business and strategically guide the Property Acquisition, Disposal, and management activities to a successful and greater position. Someone who will be heavily involved in this business.

Job Summary: We are seeking for a Business Development Manager to drive the business growth within our company. The business Development Manager will be responsible for developing a network of contacts to attract new clients and oversee growth projects, bid, and place tenders for profitable new contracts for our company, make sales projections and forecast revenue in line with projected income.

Salary: for this role will be £35,200 per year.

The responsibilities, skills and qualifications for this role are as follows:

Qualification: Candidate must have a university degree and be educated to Master’s Level in Business or Education

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager and similar roles.

The applicant must have a good understanding of the housing and property industry. This includes knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Public Relations: The Business Development Manager must be able to manage relationships with external partners and customers, negotiating with wide range of people at varying levels of Officers to establish terms.

Budgeting: Must have experience in creating budgets and forecasting expenditures for the business

Promotional Strategies and Communication Skills: The Business Development Manager must have excellent communication skills to network, negotiate, and communicate effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Project Management Skills: The Business Development Manager must have strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

Leadership and Teamwork: The Business Development Manager must be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire teams to achieve their objectives.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking: The Business Development Manager must be able to analyse market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to achieve the company’s growth objectives.

Customer focused, Sales and Marketing Skills: The Business Development Manager must have strong sales and marketing skills to identify new opportunities, develop strategies to pursue them, and build relationships with customers and partners.

Computer Skills: The Business Development Manager must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team in the UK. The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new tenants.

Salary: for this role will be £25,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new tenants.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, email marketing, social media, and direct mail.

Has Registered manager ‘s award/ qualifications Or in the process of completing NVQ level 4 or 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Social care.

Summary: The right candidate should have the following:

Right to work in the UK

Previous Experience as a Team leader, who is prepared to become a Manager.

Has Registered manager ‘s award/ qualifications Or in the process of completing NVQ level 4 or 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Social care.

Applicant that does not have the registered manager’s qualifications but has the willingness to undertake the award training will be considered.

Someone with less qualification but vast experience in health and social care will be considered

Someone Who has been successful in CQC registration in the past or has readiness to go through the CQC assessment will be considered

Applicant Who has access to large number of private clients will be considered.

There will be negotiations of commission in addition to salary.

Salary is dependent on your experience and qualifications.
